I like to know if we would be ably to convert the level that we made on the PC to Paystation or Dreamcast for them to play?

IMPOSSIBLE! The Playstation AND Dreamcast are special CDs that require special burners not available to the general public and the frustration of bugs and required hardware AND disk space would just be a killer. Not only that, you would need to create a program for the Playstation or Dreamcast that will allow you to play a custom level as EIDOS has no intentions of doing so...

WWW.dcemulation.com might be a good place to ask about such a production.

dreamcast has doom and quake

You can also post what you would like to see emulated, maybe someone is thinking of doing it, i have not been to the dcemulation site for ages as my dc broke.
