is tomb raider level editor coming out in england cause i live in england and i have seen screenshots of it and it looks wicked if it is i cant wait

I am very sure that it should be available there since last friday.
TR V with the TR Editor was released last Friday (24th) throughout Europe - so I bought it exactly at that date here in Germany :-)
Simply have a look and you might find it somewhere
