Has anyone seen this message?It usually
pops up after loading/saving procedures
and i have no idea what it means.

sounds like a file cross up. some way or another your wad were switched and you might have saved over wrong file. that auto load crap gets in the way and also make it easy to
allow this to happen, but try deleting a few of the last objects you put in as well and maybe that will help.....not totaly sure but then again who is?

In some way you are right.While i was building a level i realized the WAD i loaded
before didn't contain a certain object i needed so i deleted all objects and tried
to load another wad.That was were i saw this
message.Anyway this isn't a serious problem

AFAIK you do not need to delete all objects as all objects are automatically deleted when you load a new WAD

Not all of them though...
Some objects have a name(such as:'door_2,architecture_5,etc.)
which appear in other wads but
they are different from wad to wad.
The editor then,deletes all other objects
and replaces those objects that have the
same names with the new ones.
I had to delete ALL objects because they
didn't have any use without my missing one.
I had to think for a different scenario...
