I've read several posts from people working with level editors and it sounds interesting.
How do I get a level editor program? Is it hard to make levels? Can you start off with easy levels?

You MUST BUY TOMB RAIDER CHRONICLES to get the level editor.

There a couple of Level editors for the first three tombraiders. Type TREditor 2d/3d in your browser, it may take you to what you want. (I stand by the official level editor released by core/eidos though!)
