Topic: bug report so far using CITY.WAD....HELP!

These are the bugs that appeared in CITY.WAD but not in TUT.WAD:- Lighting of textures. Even when you tint colour them in the editor, the colours of some (inanimate) do not appear such as the blue kick door and washing line. (kick door frame colouring no problem) - Lara animation goes haywire in water (waist level) - Lara animation fails during opening blue kick doors. (she falls through the floor and then pops up again) Any ideas? I need to fix this! ..... everything else is cool so far. MIRAI IP: Logged |

The kickdoor problem has to do with how you set them up, in my level they function well now. Unfortunately it's all a little hard to explain how to set them up but with some trial and error you'll get there. Make sure you place the trigger on the other side than where you approach the door.Pytr. IP: Logged |

Look at the instructions for the individual wads..in the city.was it tells you to make sure you don't place the door backwards...if you do, Lara will 'fall through the floor'IP: Logged |
