Hi all. I have a question. When I change the sky of City of the Dead to dark blue, it's yellow ingame. But when I reopen the raw file in Paint Shop Pro, it's still dark blue. Also, I turned the sky in Angkor Wat light Blue, but it just as grey as before.I changed the skies with the Hue, saturation, lighting function.... What am I doing wrong? I know I read in the manual that the background in the city.wad must remain black... also, this was the only sky texture you could change ( city.wad ). I hope this helps

I've succesfully done this by using TRViewer (available at levelworld.org) to extract the sky-graphics from the compiled .tr4-file, adjusting the hue, saturation, brightness and contrast using PhotoShop, and saving the graphics back into the .tr4-file using TRViewer. Hope this helps... Best regards, Striffelbuur. IP: Logged |
