Hey plz, Reb, Johncroft... anyone

I do know how to set animated range on the texture but I really dont know how to create an animated texture in .TGA format

I know how to build animated GIF but this's the thing I really dont have any idea

I would guess that you need to create a block of 64x64 textures, each slightly different just like the water textures in most of the TGA's. paste them into your TGA file, click on "animation ranges" and set your animations.

A TGA file can't be animated, it's just not possible. The only way to do it is to use the animation ranges in the editor.
