I have bought TR5 and installed the levl editor. But I just can't open the manual at all. I took it back to the shop and it opened for them but I dunno what is going on. I might need somebody to send it to me, if they can, but not in .pdf as my Adobe Acrobat 4.5 (which CAME with the game) doesn't appear to like it. Thankyou, whoever..you are my last hope!!!!!IP: Logged |

Your pdf won't work. Adobe Acrobat is meant mainly for those. Did you uninstall your previous Acrobat before installing 4.5? That could be the problem.IP: Logged |

THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU!!!! You are the only person who bothered to help me. You are right I just installed OVER my old Adobe Acrobat. Well done sherlock, you have solved the problem. If, for some reason this fails, do you know how I can play my levels I have made. If you don't then that is cool, hopefully the manual works this time. Thankyou again and a happy new year to you!!!!IP: Logged |

Hiya, quote: Originally posted by moose562: [B]If, for some reason this fails, do you know how I can play my levels I have made. [B]
The short, short version: - Open the level-editor. - Load a texture-map. - Load objects. - Build your level (now, there's the trickier part ;-)). - Save your project. - Select Output WAD and save over one of the existing levels (unless you can read the manual, of course, and you can figure out how to add new levels to the game). - Quit the level-editor. - Start up the Level Converter. - Click on ADD, and select the file you just saved by outputting the WAD. - Click on BUILD ALL. - Et presto, you're a nartist! Start up Tombraider, and play your level... Best of luck, and happy change of the millennium! Striffelbuur.
