I want to do a door open when a put the PLUZZE ITEM on their hole. I did the same process that i did to the Switchs but it dosen`t work. I read on the Manual that I have to put a Number(86) and other things but I Didn`t understand!! :confused(AGAIN!!!!)

Can someone help-me???

If you want to open a door when you place a puzzle piece in it's hole, do this:

On the square where you have the "puzzle hole", place a trigger that is a "key" trigger. On the same square, place the trigger for openning the door. When the puzzle piece is placed in the hole, the door opens.
