No. Since there was no rain in Last Revelation, it is not an included feature in the Level Editor.

Environment stuff...

As improved rain & snow are in Chronicles,
if an level editor update comes, we may get these features.

Meanwhile you can get the SUN lens flare to run
which is very nice...(check the Cambodia level script -it is easy to set up).

You can also make twinkling stars using animated textures.
And the wind blows when you click on 'O'.

Which script did you have in mind? and where is it?

Hi, the Angkor Wat WAD contains a Lens Flare effect.

If you got the Wad editor, and have photoshop, then you can just make a Lens flare, they are mad easy to make, infact, probably one of the easist things in the world.

But sorry I don't know what .Wad you can find one already made
