Does anyone know if there is an program that will convert this rpl 'tr1' to bik 'tr4' file?

I know you can use the Smacker (Binks utility to make Bink from AVI) but I do not know if it can make it from rpl.

I do know there is a utility to make AVI out of RPL so...
But we don't have it yet and it seeems like it's around 30Megs.
