I'm following the tutorial creating the rooms they guid you through. Problem I have is in the water room, wasn't clear as to what level the water texture should be placed at. Created it to high up in the room and can't find a way to delet the water and place it lower where it should be.

Anyone have a suggestion as to how the get rid of the water and place it where it should be. Appreciate any help or ideas you may have.

You could always just delete the room.
Sometimes it's easier to delete a room than to try and fix it.

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you just need to delete a particular texture, simply select a different texture from the texture sidebar and place it over the old one. If you actually made a room into a water room by clicking on the "W" on the left side of the screen, just click the W again to turn it back into a regular room.

Or, of course, you could just delete the room....

You have to place the water texture on the door opening between the water room and the non-water room. You click on the door opening in the plan view grid (black area) then click on the toggle opacity 2 button. This highlights the entire door opening, allowing you to place the water textures on the 'opening' and create the water surface.
