hi guys! um. i'm kinda new at this, and i can't figure out some things i want to do in my level involving triggers. okies. problem number 1. I don't know how to have more than one enemy appear in the room lara is starting in, as the level starts.
2. lara is on an island and i have water underneath. i want to know how to make the corcodiles i have placed appear before lara jumps in the water.

3. lara jumps off island and swims to under water passage. I can't figure out how to place a switch that will raise a platform from the water, so lara can walk across it to the next island (can't climb up because of cliffs).

I know this is a tall order, but please help me guys, i've been trying to do these things for days now, and just can't fgure it out (the manual isn't real specific in some places.) thanx!!! c ya!

You could use a trigger on the square lara starts on place your enimies and then place their triggers on that square.

use another trigger at the shore line or over the whole beech. to trigger the croc.

where do you want to place the switch? what kind of problem are you having?

oohh! thanks for replying ^_^ and thanks for the help already rendered. the problem is that i can't figure out how to actually set the trigger to do what I want to a switch. water is basically one huge door right, from one room to another, so is there some way to close it so lara can walk on it?

Try using the toggle opacity button (not toggle2 opacity).

thanks, but i already gey that bit. the problem is i try using the flipmap to make platform appear. I place a switch, then I place a switch trigger under the switch. then I place a trigger for the flip map on the same square. when I convert it and lara presses the switch, it goes down, but the map doesn't flip at all. AARRRGGGHHH!!! this is Soooooo annoying!
