The manual says to edit the color of in the raw file and save it back into the wad. What program do I use. I don't have photo shop and the demo won't let you save or export it. Help!!!

Never mind there's an easier way. Just copy the coastal raw file and rename it newcity or city. Output wad convert play and the city now has blue sky.
