I understand the door toggle & trans'so far but who knows about the strength w1/w2..'cant see any difference, is it harder to swim? or the animated light/shadow effect it changes ...if you set water room-amb.light settings this light/shadow effect over-rides it,,can they be changed (darkened down)in the program lines somehow . I can't see any difference with the animated textures on or off either...does it matter what wad you use ?IP: Logged |

The W value is just to do with water not effects. It doesn't matter which value you have it on. 2 is the best.IP: Logged |

The value in the W box 1-4 is for water animation. 1=calm water and 4= more waves or higher waves in the water. You cant see the difference in or under the water but only by standing and looking at the surface can you see the difference.......try it out.------------------ Sore Thumb but still clicking IP: Logged |

tried w1 & 4 both seem the same under water as you say but the surface is still flat , no movement when seen from above .... animations are set to the right textures ?? using own level in city.wad ?? IP: Logged |
