I know how to deal with the water, where you can put calm, or stormy. Put I want to know what to click to. so I can see that the water is there.
Please can someone help me on this

You need to use toggle opacity2. It is described in the manual under the "transparency between doors section".

First I clicked on the area i wanted to make the water to. then I putted the water thing on 3 and then I puched toggle opacity2, an then it showed a sign error

Select your 'door' in the plan view window.
click 'toggle opacity 2' , 'transparant' and '2-sided'.
