dose anyone know how to make a door that is on the ground that, if you puck action she opens the door by pulling it towards her

I could be mistaken, but isn't this a Tomb Raider Chronicles feature? If so, then it's not available in the TRLE.

There are several hatches and trapdoors in the wads, though.
