Why the double doors from the library are transparent and lara cannot touch the doors? Have you got this problem?

How can i use the object, spikey floor from the level of the guardian?

Be more specific. Lara can't 'touch' any doors. She will run and run if you run her into one, and that's normal, as for the second question, if the wad isn't available, the no.
