Hi

First of all you need to select the room which you want Lara to swim in and press the W button to designate it as a water room.
In the box next to the W button enter a number from 1-4.

Now select the door (surface of the pool)and press the Toggle Opacity 2, transparent, and double sided buttons as well as face edit, and apply all 8 of the water textures to the opening.

Click on the animations ranges button at the bottom of the screen. All 8 water textures should have a green box around them.

Hey presto!!! That's it.
