Whats the easiest way to make waterways like the level Venice?

If you mean the waterways with the speedboat
youl have to make two rooms on top of eachother and connecting two rooms sideways and so on and make the lower rooms water. Make shure you keep your floor and ceiling elevations the same as long as your waterway will be...
