Even though I don't have an editor manual (well i do but it won't open, long story ) I know NOW how to do it. If you press the button "select room" in the editor and choose "empty room" from the drop down list
you get another room for your level. Now press 2d map button on the editor and right click on the new room. drag it, with the right mouse button held down, over to the other room. place it NEXT to it, not over it, etc. Using the plan view diagram at the top of the editor (top left hand side), click on a grey square surrounding the perimeter of your room. Now press the black button that says "door". you should have a connection between the two rooms now. But make sure you are connecting the two rooms. it is no good wanting a door to be on the right and putting the room you want to connect to on the left, if you get me.

Ok, save your work as *.prj and select "output wad" from the dropdown menu at the top of the editor. I only realised when i wanted to convert a level myself where this button is. If you can't se it I'll send you a picture. Once you choose what *.wad you want to save the work over (ie. angkor.wad or city.wad) close the editor or minimize it, and go to PC level convertor in the tools directory of your program files (or wherever you saved the editor software) and in the box saying "add" click it and select the wad you saved over. ie. angkor or city, you get the picture (i hope). Click "build all" or "build selected" if you are doing multiple wad files. Now once the thing finishes, a message comes up saying "***build all complete***". close the convertor (or minimize it, etc) and load up tomb raider. If your game is bug free or hasn't got anything wrong like hasn't got a lara in it ( i have done this a lot!! :O) then you have to fix the problem in the editor and repeat the process.
Hope that helps.
Oh, and if you want some clothes for lara or the textures from tr5 go to my site..please!!!
lol

If you have a flipped room in your map, it means you must have either selected that little (F) button under the plan grid, or you hit CTRL F at some point. Look at your list of rooms (go to SELECT ROOM and drop down the listing.) It'll tell you if any of the rooms are flipped. You can only edit a flipped room by selecting the normal version of the room and then hitting CTRL-F to bring back the normal version. (It's either CTRL-F or ALT-F, I'm not sure right now.)
