If you use the city-wad, (or tutorial-wad) you can place movable objects, BUT is there any way to create movable blocks? (textured 4x4 normal blocks)

Nope. That's probably the biggest omission in the whole editor... no movable blocks. There are some pushable objects (such as that big statue in the TUT.WAD, and the pillar in the catacombs WAD, but none of the blocks that were so common in the earlier Tomb Raider games.

That sucks that they don't have movable blocks. Don't you agree?

Totally. Some of my favourite puzzles in TR1 included movable blocks. (Remember Tomb Of Qualopeq? - My alltime favourite) The statue in tut1 is great for use with heavy triggers but you can't block Lara's path with it, she can pass it easily on the side. To my recollection, its the same with the pillar in (not city.was as I said before but -->) in catacombs.was.
