Tripod went and did it again, yeah guested it, removed my account. Seeing my site was built around tripod I can't use it anywhere else without modification. So I am calling it quits. I'm tired of the problems. I am sorry for doing this but I just don't have time to deal with these problems. I'm going back to level building!

That wasn't very nice of Tripod! By removing your site they've proved that they suck a$$!
Why not to find some other free server? Your site was cool and if it's gone forever, that's very sad

hello?
what is so difficult about simply paying a monthly fee to your ISP for utilising
"storage space"?

Tripod,Geocities& the like are flakey;
you'll eventually get burned trying to
use these jokers;(they don't like it!)
so use an
ISP insted, they're stable.plus, you won't have to trash your page w/ silly ads/banners.

there's nothing worse than a site that begs, pleads, whines over "click my banner
oh please", that's disgusting.
hope you get back on soon...

Try these people. I've been using them for a couple of years, no problems so far.

Uh oh I beginning to get a little uneasy now - Tripod's seems to be going on a shutdown rampage lately, I know of @ least 3 people who have been put out of business in the last 24 hours. I don't think mine site "crosses" any of those rules though... I hope.

Youre lucky.

I've been trying to get Geocities to delete one of my old sites from its servers for years. The problem occured when they were acquired by yahoo around 3 yr back. Since then I've been trying to get them to remove my old site but there automated computer response system cant understand why I want to do this.

So if you would like to visit my old site that I've been trying to have removed for the past couple of years then visit: http://www.geocities.com/siliconvalley/heights/3806/

Of course my new and up-to-date site is at www.3dactionplanet.com/tombraider
