OK, I know that it has already been discussed but I am ending my first level and since it's too long (the level converter has had a hard time trying to convert!!!) I split it into two levels and I want Lara to jump freely from one to the other.
I tried to apply the manual commands but it wasn't very clear... and didn't work so good.
Can anybody help (I'm sure there's someone there... )
Thanks

JB

I haven't done this before, but I thought you must place a LARA_STARTPOS on the place where you want to start. In the other level, make a trigger and select 'FINISH'. Add the level number in the box next the it and add the item number of the startpos in the timer box. I hope that works.

OK, but, do I have to put a trigger for the Start-pos nullmesh? Or is its trigger the FINISH one from the previous level?
And, also, how do I know the number of the level?

Jb this is what you do
when you start the game (not the level editor) count the number of levels before the level that you made say that there are four levels before yours and the level that you want to jump to is after yours than the number for the finish trigger would be six also you do not need a trigger for the start pos nullmesh just the number of the nullmesh that you are using lets say that you only placed one start possition nullmesh in your level then its number would be 1 and the number in the timer field of the finish trigger would also be 1

life is wonderful when things are done right
