Is there any way to put mp3 music from my harddrive into the level editor?

Hey Torry!
do you know of any inexpensive software that can make this conversion? I only know of soundforge, and I can't see paying over $300.00 for a program. you?

Good grief. Download MP32 WAV ( a freeware mp3 to wav converter). Converts wav to 44100 mhz 16 bit stereo (big files). THEN, use the humble Windows sound recorder to convert that wav to the correct format.

Easy and all free to. (You need a good machine to use sound recorder tho. My old 200 struggled but this 667 does it easy)

hey Torry!
I just got to say thanx again. I've been trying to do this for a while. I didn't even know sound recorder came with windows. my 200 procesor seems to handle it fine. I've been compileing wavs for a couple of weeks, and I'm finaly hearing them in my level.
