At first I had MAJOR problems running LE:WINROOMEDIT caused an invalid page fault in

Heres what I found:
#1 - I set my Hardware Accel.(File System Read Ahead) to mid range, and my Graphics to mid range as well.
The error left but now Level Editor would freeze up.
#2 - I shut down, unplugged, carefully removed my RAM. Waited for 5-8 min (this clears clogged RAM) and replaced the RAM.
The Editor opened 1 in five tries.
#3 - I repeated #2, but tested my RAM. Turned out a chip was dying.
With all but the dying RAM, it worked 1-3 tries.
#4 - My PC runs PC 100 and PC 133, so running in PC 100 it ran ok. I was running to 64 MB chips. So, sometimes it was good. Replaced it with ONE 128 MB PC 133 RAM and boom! It runs like a champ!
Note that with 2 64 MB chips, you will have more constricted flow than if you go with a single 128 MB chip.
Make sure you have DIRECT X 8. Make sure Video & Audio drivers are updated.
