I've changed the logo.bmp, but I'm quite lost as what to do from this point.

once you change it you have to save it as a .raw file , try using a demo of printshop pro for that( you can get it from downloads.com) once you save it as a raw open the packer.exe and then when the new uklog.pak is made put it into the C:\Program Files\Core Design\trle\data folder, if you need more help e-mail me at Nigel@nycap.rr.com------------------

Maybe it's just me, but my logo.bat didn't work. You need to remove a \ in the program logo.bat, so the line reads
copy uklogo.pak ..\data and not
copy uklogo.pak ..\data\or just run packer and move it yourself. Col. ------------------
