This may seem a long winded rememdy but I think in the long run it will be of benefit, as with the introduction of TRWest this will be an ongoing problem.

This is what I did to get over the problem.

Install the Level Editor again, make a sfe copy of all the original Wads and then wipe the duplicate copy of the Level Editor.

Now when you want to go back to the original settings you can copy and paste all the relevant files into your Graphics/Wad folder, and overwrite any changes that have been made.

You know it makes sense.
