I'm working on another level and it looks like I may run out of the given rooms before I put a "jump to next level" in.Can copy the very last room and make extra rooms? Sure would appreciate a reply. Thanks much!! ------------------ It's easier to get forgiveness than permission IP: Logged |

I read this elsewhere and it does work. Just use all the available rooms and then create a flip-map of any one of them and you should have another 100 room slots added to your PRJ. (you dont have to do anything to the flip)Doing this, I now have a Prj with 300 slots available! ------------------ I WAS PRESSING THE DARN WALK BUTTON !! IP: Logged |

I seem to have issues with my game as far as open animations and texture memory right around a 100 rooms. Has anyone out there actually made a level with more than a 100 rooms that remains stable, despite all the possible running animations and memory allocations for textures, etc? IP: Logged |

it seems all of these factors definitly come into play, but also each wad seems to have it's own limitations. dark fall boasts over 300 rooms, but I've heard that level does have some quirks. my level is being made in new city and when I hit my 200th room I had a major crash. it seems just having created the 200th slot caused the crash. it also seems these slots can not be deleted. this is a big frustration for me as i can no longer copy rooms. I should hopefully have enough emty slots to finish the level, but if I copy a room it creates another slot and results in the crash. I guess the moral is to use the copy room feture spearingly. Well, all what you say, guys, is very strange as my last level has almost 300 rooms and tons of texture info (I don't remember how many) and I haven't experienced any crash problem or any other problem whatsoever... I'm keeping my fingers crossed...JB IP: Logged |

MABYE IF YOU PLANNED OUT YOUR LEVEL YOU COULD CREATE THE ROOMS THAT YOU WANT TO COPY FIRST.
