Wahey!!! What is on the soundtrack? I really wanna know. All I know so far is a song called "Dream State (s.tax)". Any Napsterites can download it NOW!!! The trailer is there too, but if you don't have napster you can get the songs from TRClothes in the forthcoming site update. So watch out!!!

Hey, does anyone have a fantasy soundtrack?
Mine would have to be:

Madonna - What It Feels Like For A Girl
The Offspring - I Want You Bad
Paul Oakenfold - TR4 Theme

Those are just a few...come on guys tell me!!!

I'm going to be a prude here and say that I wish they would just compose a traditional movie soundtrack for the TR movie. Let John Williams do it! Hey, what would Indy be with the Raiders March? Whenever movies try to rely on a current pop soundtrack, it just makes the movie seem old really fast.
I also wish they would symphonic arrangement of the actual TR theme, but I know Simon West already said he doesn't plan to use that piece of music at all. Oh well.

I must agree completely.
in my above reply I'm just listing a few songs I like. but what your saying can truly make the difference between a dated, and a timeless film. Can you imagine if starwars used hit disco cuts from 76 instead of it's original score? would it even be the same film? We can only hope they work out a sensible balance.

Oh god Star Wars with 70's music, that would be really scary.

Rob, I'm with you on the Inspiral Carpets (Noel Gallagher used to be a roadie for them you know)....yeh I know, everyone knows that.

I think the orchestrated score would work best, although I think things like Lock, Stock will stand up to time pretty well, so maybe some Puressence. I've mentioned before that we are planning to make some home TR movies and we will probably do the music for that ourselves, to avoid Napster style litigation.
