I am trying to make a long catsuit for Lara, using Strpix 3, but am finding it hard!

Everytime I try to open a bitmap to edit, the whole programme crashes, in fact my computer just freezes, and I have to restart it.

My computer is really good and works on anything, but Strpix 3 will not work. Am I missing some sort of system file or is there a bug with the programme?

Anyone know what to do?

Sorry about that, but it is not strpix3.exe fault.

It is the opengl implementation for your video card.

Not all video card are 100% opengl hardware compatible, (the worse video card for opengl that i found is ATI). the cards Vendors are most worry about implementing direct3d that opengl.

I suggest you to try to find original opengl32.dll and glu32.dll from microsoft (or any other computer with not hardware video card) and put then into Strpix3 folder.

Good luck.

Hi, Turbo.
In our temporally Trediting Board i promised to give you my results with your tool. Now i will do it here. At first i can say it runs very stable and brillant on my ATI Radeon 64 DDR Vivo card. Its very fast, no probs anyway. So with your tool i was able to fix my texture disaster with my imported tr3 objects. The Desert Eagle looks very fine. Also an imported waterfall now looks correct. The only prob i have was to import an dxf file with metaseqoia, but only when i changed the mesh. But this mistake is by me, i think. Very good job, turbo.
An nice feature would be, if you could select in the mesh window a texturefield and you could see in the texture window which was selected, but itīs not so important.

there is CTRl+click to get the texture from Mesh!!!

Press F1 to see the availibles key,

you can also Flip the texture (Shift+click) and rotate the texture (alt+click).

The ease way is at friends'computer with not hardware accelerated video card, it is located at \windows\system folder.

good luck,

Tanx for clearing this up. ( selecting textures from from the mesh window, and fliping textures). I was going to start a post called "what would make strpix3 perfect", but what do you know it alredy is.

I guess that you have a previous version when
was compiled for big fonts.

Download new strpix3.exe updated for 800x600x16 normal fonts.

Good Luck,
