Strpix work with "Layers", almost all Cad program use layers.
Unfortunately, metasoquiola import a DXF to a whole object, so when you import back the model only has one texture.
In metasoquiola you will need to broke your model in severals objects, and rename each object (in the object propertie option) with names like "Texture_xxx".

I already coment that severals times, even in the web and the strpix notes,
Strpix does'nt show corretly the textures at triangular polys, but the textures on in are correctly, so you can change it safely.
This bug is not fixed yet just because it is not obvious how apply textures correctly in triangular faces. i will try to fix that very soon.
