Does anyone know if Heavy triggers will only be activated by a flyby camera, Out of the camera set? I've set up a heavy trigger under a camera aimed at a dumby point and the dorrs wont open when the camera is triggered. And the camera triggers just fine.
The dforrs do too if I place them has normal triggers, just its not how the theme of the level is set up.

I think that, sadly, only flybys, some enemies (I don't remember which) and shatters can trigger a heavy trigger.
Even with the 14 entered in the OCB of a regular or fixed camera, the heavy won't trigger...
Until someone proves me wrong, I'm also in a bad mood because of this...
(God, I hate bringing bad news... )

Agree, only flyby works with bit 14, but of course a flyby can replace any fixed camera if a heavy needs to be triggered. As for enemies, it seems to work with all of them when you put an AI follow or AI guard on it (see the firefloor/Scorpions puzzle at the end of the Cleopatras's Handmaiden Level)

If what you are trying to acheive is to actually see the door opening.... simply put the trigger for the door and the trigger for the camera on the same square..... you will see the door opening......

if you use a flyby camera with only one camera in the sequence it will work. use ocb options 0, 6, and 14, and set the timer for how long you want the shot to be.

A flyby camera is OK but don't use this too often one as the number of flyby sets you can use in a level is limited to 7.
