I've registered on Tripod but I can't access my acount with an FTP program, can you help me?

Under new connection enter ftp.tripod.co.uk as the server address or ftp.tripod.com

User Name is what ever your web address is ie members.tripod.co.uk(.com)/username/ without the members.tripod bit

then your password

Should do it.
