Does anyone know any program to convert midi files to wav files, specially the type which can be used for Tomb Raider???

Any MIDI sequencer should be able to export as a Wav file. Try this site for loads of audio and MIDI goodies...

Or you could simply connect your audio output to the line input of your sound card and record the midi sound.
