I've taken Rock0 (those stairs from the beginning of the level) from city.wad for my own wad and I can't figure out how to make them solid.
Lara walks right through them.

You need to raise the ground 2 clicks in the direction of the stairs. Then place the stairs on the ceiling and use the ceiling + or - button to lower them onto the slope.
