If memory serves, INCHDIX did one a while back (celtic folly). I must confess that though I've downloaded it, I haven't played it yet. There was another one as well, based in or near ireland that involved a ship, but I can't remember exactly. Skip on over to colin's site http://www.tombraider-customlevels.fsnet.co.uk/ and scroll through the levels, the level listings include the creator so you might be able to find at least a name to contact. ...or check on my site in the level list where it says next to the author as a note whether this is more than one level...
