I understand what you are saying and I can only add that I was only ever concerned with the association of my artwork (even though it did contain representations of Tombraider/Laracroft)with the other images that were being displayed along side them.
Conehead has since kindly removed my images and whether or not it was purely a misunderstanding or not, I now see the matter as closed.
