well, im just starting the editor and i wonder now how i can time the door so that if Lara doesnt go in the door closes, and if she doesnt come out quickly the door closes and so on...
please help me!!!!!!!!

Just enter the appropriate number in seconds in the timer field for the trigger. the door will stay open for that amount of time then close again....

SO WHAT IF IT SAYS" cannot overlap special triggers...thanks anyway!

if it says "can't overlap special triggers," then you're trying to create a "timed" trigger ON TOP of another special trigger (like a pad, heavy or another timed trigger)

try using a different square for the timed trigger

so here it is, the way i did it:

i placed the door and the "pulley"with furniture0. i put them triggers on the same square. then i pushed the one shot for the pulley as it was in "original" so that it saidSWITCH(O:1)FOR PULLEY(1". then i tried to put the timer for the door in SET TRIGGER TYPE window,"timer" and typed "20". then it said" cannot overlap special triggers"
this is pretty much how it went...
