Topic: HELP!!!! STRPIX IS ANNOYING ME!!!!!

When i make my outfit you see the lines in between the polygons.....the colors are white...blue...red..and her skin color.....each one you see the lines in between...how do you hid this or fill in these lines!!!------------------

Greetings,
First, make sure that you have the newest STRPIX3. The older one won't fill in the bottom and right edges.
Second, at least for me, you cant airbrush the far right side of whichever tex you're working on. I have to use the pen to color it and then it works fine.

YUP!
I think someone already asked him to mark them v1.0,1.1, etc... so we can track changes, but not yet. I can't remember all of the repairs made to the last one, but it sure works alot better!

thats what i have but i still see the lines...the textures are completely filled.....what could be wrong....when i look in the solid form..i see the lines...i try to click them to color them too but they dont seem to fill in.------------------

If you still have a copy of STRPIX2, use it to open your WAD and save it as a bitmap.
Then use your paint program to check the individual textures. If you can see the original colors along the right and bottom edges, then you still have the older STRPIX3.
either way, though it's really time consuming, you can manually repair each texture with the wad as a bmp, then reload it back into a WAD.
I did have to do this several times before the newest STRPIX3 came along. If that doesn't work, then I'm stumped. And again, Good Luck ~~ 100 posts!~~

ok where is the new one on his site....its the one near the middle of his site? thats where i got it.......guess ill have to try the bmp thing....------------------

That's the one, It's always in the same place, just gets you a newer version with each update. I looks like he's made adjustments (5-19-01) since I got my latest version, he's added the collision info stuff.

what ever is available on his site is the newest one. one way to tell is that it should come with a read me, and in the newest release the collision infos work. L8R... -rob ------------------
