Drop Eidos an email explaining your situation, you never know and it wouldn't hurt trying, especially if you have the original CD.Since the software came bundled with Tomb Raider Chronicles which is sold as a package, you won't be able to download it from the web. Good luck! P.S. What sort of state is the CD in ? IP: Logged |

the warranty ran out so they won't do anything. Besides evrey time it gets sent for repairs it comes back with different problems, they've even took about 4 screws from the back of it! and didn't replace them

I've got this theory that this message has been posted on here to catch us out. I think that they are trying to see if we will illegally copy our level editor. That is obviously what this person wants, and if it was just a normal person why would they not come out and ask for it? Does anyone else think this? And how does a computer make a Cd fly out of it?IP: Logged |

@Emma PI saw once a CD fly out from the reader, but I never saw a CD DESTROYED by the reader. But I think this is not important. If he bought his copy he has rights to make a safety copy. Hope no one is so ... to send him something. Lupo P.S.: I bought my copy!

I have heard of problems with the level editor CDs breaking in the drive. I have even seen audio CDs do it before. They crack around the hole. But the solution is to get a replacement from Eidos/Core. Of course, you should have registered your software, so they know you bought it.IP: Logged |

I havn't regestered it. I wish I had now but I didn't expect this to happen, I havn't got a CD writer so I couldn't back it up and I still havn't heard from Eidos. If anyones got the customer support email address for core or any other way to contact Eidos I would be pleased to know it but for now I'm level editor-less

A cd can be destroyed with scratches if you put in the wrong side..... that happened to me with an audio cd.... but not with recent readers.------------------ | |--->> psiko <<---| | DOWNLOAD the TECHNOEGYPTIANS PORTAL http://tombraider.videogame.it/giochi/trle/livelli/tep.zip IP: Logged |
