ok guys, I'm sure that EVERY level builder wants to have a movable block that you can also climb on.

good job to DaleR and WebNight for their moveable block btw!

but to get a moveable block that's also climbable, we're going to start a petition, witch will get heard by core if we can get enought votes

so what do you think about this???

I agree.
A simple generic object like that is very useful in the whole TR scenario.
And easy to port.

What about the movable block in TR5, in the Italy level?
Is it possible to climb on it during the game?
(I can't remember)

If so isn't that compatible/hackable somehow?

I agree that we need a moveable block in our levels. And in response to mirai, about the block in TRC, the ceiling is so low you can't get on it even if you could, from what i can remember at the moment.

Even if core told us the method used to make it climbable, maybe using the "edit object" feature.

You can already make sofas and such things from TR3 and TR5 by yourselve. (Ive all things from TR3 and TR5)except enemies and Lara-modells..and moveable-climbable blocks.
But what we really need is Mud,rain, snow, electric water, climbable block, and the OCB-Codes!!

I totally agree, I think that Tomb Raider without a moveable block that you can climb on just isn't Tomb Raider. How do you reach that secret up there? I think we've all done to death the raising platform by now haven't we? Give us what we want or else!

I totally agree too. And also agree that TR is not TR w/o pushable blocks!

You're all completely right. It's a bit ridiculous really!
- In the first Tombraider adventure (when lara couldn't even roll in the water!) we saw pushable blocks that she had to climb on... eg. Natlas Mines level... and the huge hammer i think in Thor's room...Lara had to climb on the pushable in order to get to the high long ledge... and to complete the level.

So how can Eidos dangle such a wicked carrot in our faces - this level editor - and not even supply us with a basic piece of code.
How hard can it be?

Just a small thought: lara can stand on the 'raising block' object. Is there a way of ripping / combining that element of that object with the pushable block object to create a new was object???

Any geniuses out there?
