I recently downloaded some level wads from the internet which has totally changed my script etc.. it means that I have trouble playing certain levels in editor. I want to reinstall the game but I can not easily save my levels onto floppy as it always seems to have trouble opening them again. I wanted to know, if I saved my projects in "My Documents" will they be deleted when I uninstall the editor or will they remain??

if you just used the wads that came with the level editor and didn't do anything special, like modifying textures, script, wads or anything like that, it's save to copy the .prj files to My Documents and re-install the LE

afterwards, you can copy the .prj files back to where they belong, and you'll have your own level projects again!

good luck

...and remember to keep a folder with backups of everything so you don't need to re-install the whole editor next time!!
