I have a problem: when I flip a map, save the game and load it again, the flipmap won't be displayed. Why? Help!Lupo IP: Logged |

No, in the game. I play my level up to the point I activate my damn flipped room (in the centre of the room appears a deep pit). Then I save the game and go to make something else. Then I come back and load the previous saved game but, surprise, the room is still “normal”, without the pit.IP: Logged |

When I say save & load I always mean the game! It seems that in the savegame files there's not the info saying room xx has been flipped!IP: Logged |

Nigel, you are right, I missed to say one little point: between loading and saving the game I don’t change the level, that means that I don’t use the editor at all. I suppose my problem has something to do with the “flip on” and “flip off” triggers.Lupo IP: Logged |

So there are problems with flip on and flip off? The manual says they are not normally used, maybe that is why. Do you really have to turn the flip off? Would it be possible to use a plain flip trigger? Just to experiment, you might try it and see if it saves correctly.IP: Logged |

Oh, I don't have to use flipon & flipoff but I would like that what I flipped remains flipped. Weird! OK, men, I'll try with another wad and another conf and see if works.Lupo IP: Logged |

NOOOOOOOO!!!!The problem is simple..also San Giorgio had the same problem..but I corrected this the day before the upload!!! You MUST number your Flipmap in order..or make number of flipmap without missing number.. 1..2..3..4 OR ..2..1..4..3 and other combination.. BUT IF you miss some flipmap number ..1..2..4.. MAYBE in the game the load function don't show the changes made in the level!!!!! TRY IT!!!!! Bye!!
