Okay, can somebody please tell me what format TRLE audio has 2 be in and where can i get a program that converts it to that format?
I really want to make some audio!!!

Are you talking about the music files or the sound fx??

The humble Windows sound recorder will convert wavs to many different formats and anyone who has a Windows OS has that. Check it out!

Ok then. Music needs to be converted to the following format;

Microsoft ADPCM,44,100 Hz, 4 Bit, Stereo

and Windows Sound Recorder will do that for you quite easily.
