I put the jeep and the jeep's vehicle extra in my wad. When I play the level I can't figure out how to get in the jeep and ride it.

You need the keys for the jeep. (puzzle item 1)

It doesn't have to be the keys really...
Anything in puzzle item 1 slot will work.
