i know how to make water but how do not know how to make the water make it move when you are at the top of the water. How do you make move at the top of the water?

In the room where the water is, click the W button to make it a water room. The number determines how big the waves are.

also set the animation range for the water (at the bottom of the texture hit animation and select ALL the water and hit ok) then click the portal from one room to the water room(in the plain view grid) and press toggle opacity 2 now hit transparent and double sided and texture the area you want to have water!
