Sorry but *sigh*, I've been through all this before.

Convert your music to this format .wav

Microsoft ADPCM,44,100 Hz, 4 Bit, Stereo

Windows Sound Recorder will do it. If you need to rip music from a CD any ripping software will do that or even convert an mp3 to wav. Once you have the wav, open it in sound recorder and convert to the above format.
