I TOTALLY MADE A MOVEABLE BLOCK CLIMABLE!
THE WAY TO DO THIS IS QUITE SIMPLE, AND OF COURSE THERE'S EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. JUST COME TO MY WEB SITE AND LATER TODAY I WILL RELEASE A SMALL PROJECT THAT CHANGES THE BLOCK TO A CLIMB SOURCE. THE ANSWER WILL BE ON MY WEB SITE LATER TODAY.

this idea may have already have happened but for those of you who haven't had the idea come to my site!

This is great news except what if you want her to move it to a different place after she has climbed it and she can't jump where she wants to go.

I mean you move it to point A and she climbs it and finds out this is the wrong place and she wants to move it to point B, how can you change it back to a moveable block so she can move it again??

Ok, so I've built the rooms as directed and set up the flip map etc, but I'm not sure about the bit i nthe flipped room that I'm supposed to climb. Am I supposed to put something in there myself?

Good idea, but you can use only once since you can have one flipmap per room.

Maybe another way. I haven't tested it, but it works for static meshes (like the brown table in Lara's Home):
Go to the objects menu and select edit object. Select the moveable block and raise the centre sector 4 clicks.
This function is for editing the collesion from objects. The data is placed inside the PRJ file, so you need to do this with every project. Each sector in this window is a full block and can be raised by clicking on it. There isn't very much about this in the manual.

When I tried to do this, I only raised the center square and when I played the level, the block was on a 4-click high floor. Maybye you have to do the whole thing, which I haven't tried. I wish the manual could have explained it in more detail.

It did the same thing when I tried it! And the fact that the texture is stretched so it looks nothing like the original block!
