I owned a PSX and when I tried to play a game there's a song that just perfect for a level that I'm going to create... Now my question is: What kind of software/hardware do I need and how I could record the audio??IP: Logged |

run a cable from the headphones output to the line input on your sound card. Use windows sound recorder to record it and save it as a wav file. I think the real audio apps may be too advanced for you andy.IP: Logged |

Search for it on the net, someone probably already ripped it.IP: Logged |

Andy, first you have to check if the sound is just an audio track on the cd if that's the case, you can just pop your psx cd in your cd-rom drive and rip the audio track with a program like audiograbber or audiocatalist (or any free grabbing software on the net)if it isn't a audio track, you need to do it blacknile's way, only don't use the headphones output, but rather the line out from your psx or tv, because that's the unamplified sound, with result in a better quality good luck! ------------------ Tomb Raider - Ancient Legends levels (2), walkthroughs, tutorials, wallpapers and other TR goodies on driber.cjb.net !!! new: preview of the OBJECTS ARCHIVE !!!
